Health and Safety is at the core of every process in the Christy Turner workshops, test lab and offices.

Working with high-risk machinery means that our skilled engineering staff undergo rigorous training and ongoing testing regimes to make sure accidents are very isolated occurrences.

This week saw the Christy Turner staff attending crucial Fire Management Training, which included fire extinguisher recognition, classification of fire, types of fire fighting equipment, safety instruction in the use of fire extinguishers and live fire training using different types of extinguishers.

All office and warehouse staff had theory class room training followed by hands on experience live fire fighting. The training was provided by GUARDIAN LTD (Fire Trainers) who  are an Institute of Fire Safety Management and  Fire Protection Association accredited training organisation.
